By the Presidential Decree No. 2026/199, dated 22 July 2026, issued upon the approval of His Excellency President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahçekapılı has been reappointed as the Rector of Yalova University for a second term.
We extend our sincere congratulations to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahçekapılı, and wish him every success in his new term of office. We hope that this appointment will bring continued progress and prosperity to our University, our Faculty of Medicine, our students, our academic and administrative staff, our city, and the higher education community.
