The orientation meeting for newly appointed faculty members at our Faculty of Medicine was held on 02.06.2026 in the faculty meeting room.
The meeting began with the opening speech of our Dean, Prof. Dr. Nurşah BAŞOL. In her speech, she provided information about our faculty’s educational philosophy, academic goals, research activities, and institutional values, and extended a warm welcome to the new faculty members.
Within the scope of the program, presentations were delivered on the faculty’s administrative structure, quality assurance processes, ethics committee practices, research and project support, institutional communication activities, and the use of UBYS.
The meeting, organized to support the onboarding process of new faculty members and to provide comprehensive information about academic and administrative procedures, also included a Q&A session and an exchange of views among participants.
Once again, we warmly welcome all newly appointed faculty members to our faculty and wish them a successful and productive academic period.
