The first peer evaluation meeting at our faculty was held via Zoom on December 30, 2025. The main objectives of this meeting were to enhance the quality of education, strengthen a culture of constructive feedback, and transform improvement into a continuous process. Within this framework, teaching processes and practices were mutually evaluated.
Faculty members who participated in the meeting shared their views in line with a pre-determined and structured evaluation framework. A common ground for discussion was established focusing on strengths, areas for improvement, and possible solution proposals.
This initial implementation is regarded as a concrete and significant starting step for quality assurance efforts at our faculty. It is planned that similar evaluation processes will be carried out at regular intervals in the coming periods.
